How to track your order

  1. Check your email
    After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

    • A tracking number

    • A direct tracking link

  2. Click the tracking link
    This will take you to the carrier's website (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) where you can see real-time updates on your shipment.

  3. Enter your tracking number manually
    If the link does not work, you can copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier's official tracking page.

No tracking information yet?

  • Please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for your tracking number to become active.

  • Some carriers may take up to 24 hours to update their system after shipment.

What do I need to track my order?

You will need:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • The email address used at checkout

Please include your order number and the full name used at checkout, and we will resend your tracking information as soon as possible.

Delivery times
